Well, I must admit, the 21 day yoga challenge emails are piling up in my inbox and I have yet to commit to practicing at home. I am however making more attempts to do a pose here and there throughout my day, but it seems as though rolling out my mat and following a practice for more than 5 minutes still eludes me. Along with more regular yoga in my life, I am also keen on cultivating the habit of meditating. Just found this really neat resource from when Deepak Chopra appeared on Dr. Oz and thought I would share:
I think it’s fabulous that meditation is getting such mainstream attention and really feel as though we’re getting close to seeing it happen more in more as a way of life in our workplace and in our personal lives. Never hurts to sit and commune with the Divine!
